After we launched the Web Version 2.0, active users increased 50% from 790k to 1.2 million.
Daliy average signups reached 1000.
Daily average active browser users reached more than 100 users.
Company valuation reached 20 millions.
At the outset of the project, we focused on defining key components of the app that will help our users to achieve the following goals:
Markets, where users check the prices of the cryptocurrencies.
Trading, where users trade coins
Wallets, where users check the balance of their assets.
Referral, referral program, where users can invite their friends to our platform and get bonus.
My Account,where users manage their personal information.
I conducted user testing with 10 users regarding the following concerns:
1. Support – If they can find the Support function and use Support function;
2. Login – If they are having difficulties logging in by their credentials;
3. Trading – If they are having difficulties during trading process
4. Wallet – What do they think about the Wallet functions;
5. Referral – If users have any frustrations referring friends over.
Through the user sessions we got to learn that security is the most concern to the users. To address this concern from the front-end, we:
1. Added Manage Address section as a seperate tab
2. Added two-step password to confirm when withdrawing.

1. Color contrast.
2. Wallet responsive screen has usability issues – User were not aware of the crytocurrencies were clickable.
Based on the flow, we got the following as the first iteration.
Markets
