The Problem(s)
1. Outdated interface.
2. Users were having difficulties matching which field would go where on the live site.
3. There was no Review screen before submitting.
4. The radio buttons were illogically grouped.
5. The old Regulations are not showing anywhere on the site but still in the database due to the new Regulations might be amending the old Regulations. The users were not able to know if the old Regulation is in the database or not.
6. If users are adding a new Regulation that is amending an old Regulation and the old Regulation was not in the database, they have quit the current workflow to add the old Regulation, in order to complete adding the new Regulation. Previously entered data won’t be saved.
The Solutions(s)
The new editorial tool is integrated in the CLP site. Users with admin credentials are able to turn on the admin mode. Clicking on the correspond field to edit the field.

The Challenge(s)
1. Where users can access PMF.
2. We have limited PMF documents at the time.
The Research
We conducted the user research regarding the following topics:
1. Where they expect to access PMF.
2. What information order they expect when viewing the search results regarding PMF.
3. Where they expect to find PMF information on the Document view.
4. PMF document structure.
The Solution(s)
Based on the user research I mapped out a flowchart, and the screens come according to the research feedback & the flowchart.

The Problem(s)
1. 50% of the users want to be able to see the descriptional text in the excel after downloading the deal results, instead of having it as a link and having to click on it to link back to the product. While the other 50% of the users want to have the link and dislike having long paragraph in the excel.
2. Users want to be able to download the deal information while they are on the deal information screen, with the same demand of having the snippet detail information.
The Solution(s)
1. Having a popup after users click on download
2. Having a checkbox so that the users won’t keep seeing the pop-up everytime they download, and have option to change the preferrence in the settings.
3. Having a dynamic popup screen not only displaying the options, but also displaying what will be downloaded.
4. Limiting downloadable columns in customize columns section due to technical data loading constraints.
5. Including error message when downloading due to technical data loading constraints.
